UFX Markets is a company registered in Cyprus that has operated as a broker providing access to trading in financial markets. The firm was previously authorised under the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission with licence number 127/10 issued to its operating entity Reliantco Investments Ltd.
The CySEC authorisation was renounced and later fully withdrawn by the regulator in October 2024 due to the company not providing investment services for the preceding six months. Multiple European regulators, including CONSOB, the FCA, AMF and BaFin, issued public warnings about the firm operating without authorisation after the licence status changed.
Client reports have highlighted difficulties in withdrawing funds and concerns over quote manipulations. These issues align with broader complaints documented by investor protection resources regarding withdrawal problems and sales practices.
Without active regulatory oversight, clients face heightened risks regarding the safety of deposited funds and the absence of standard investor compensation mechanisms or formal dispute resolution channels.
Potential clients are advised against making deposits. Those who have already transferred funds should retain all correspondence and transaction records and contact their bank or relevant financial regulator for further guidance.
